PACKAGES/BUYING CREDITS

Q : Do I have to pay to chat with the performers in live chat?
A :  It’s entirely free to join. Once you join you have unlimited access to the free live chat without nudity. Once you are ready to go into a private (with nudity) one on one chat with one of the performers you will need to buy credits which will give you a predetermined amount of minutes for the private show

Q : How do the packages work?
A :  Once you buy the credit package, it will only be charged to you once, this is NOT a recurring charge. You select which credits package you want and continue with the easy transaction instructions. Keep in mind that when you purchase the larger credit packages you get more free minutes as a bonus.

Q : How do I purchase credits?
A : You can pay with most credit cards . All you need to do is click on the PURCHASE CREDITS button located in the menu. Select the credit package of your choice, click on the button (add the package) which will bring you to the form that you must complete.

Q :  Can I use the credits right away after I've purchased them?
A : Yes if you purchased them using your credit card. Your credits are immediately accessible as soon as your purchase is approved. If you are paying through bank transfer, as soon as we receive the confirmation of the deposit from your account (which is generally between 24 to 48 hours) the credits will be added to your account and you will be able to use them.

Q : How much time do I have to use my credits?
A: Once you’ve purchased your credits they will never expire. You may used them whenever you wish to, with whomever you wish. Also you are not obliged to use all your credits with one performer. You may use only a portion of them and then use more another time.

Q : What will appear on my credit card statement when I use my credit card to purchase credits?
A: You will be discreetly billed by the company name that appears at the bottom of the page “PURCHASE CREDITS”. We always use non-revealing names for the billing processors to ensure your complete privacy such as PerfectPay or Billing France.

Q : What are the rates like for private shows?
A: Several kinds of shows are offered to you at different prices per minute. When you purchase credits the minutes are based upon regular private show rates (one performer shows). By clicking on the “YOUR ACCOUNT” button in the menu you can see how many credits you possess, and also how many minutes you can use for the different kinds of shows.

Q : How do I add minutes to an existing account?
A: Click on “PURCHASE CREDITS at the top of the page. Select the package that you wish to purchase and follow the simple transaction instructions to pay by credit card or bank deposit.

Q : What is HD-WEB ?
R : HD-WEB mean that the performer use a high definition Webcam more fluid and base on a 640x480 and ajustment from are technologies.

Q : I would like to know a specific performers schedule, where can I see this?
A :  Click on “PERFORMER’S PROFILES” at the top of the page. Then enter the name of the performer in the search box and you will be able to access her personal page. There you will find her schedule as well as other personal info.

Q : Why aren’t the hours right?
A:  The schedules are in the time zone that your operating system is set in (windows etc.). Make sure you are set in the right time zone, then clear your cookies and open a new browser.

Q : What kind of shows are offered?
A: In a private room we offer three kinds of shows: single, couple and special.

Single show: You are alone with the performer in the room and she will perform all your requests.

Double show: You are alone with the performers and a man and woman in the room will perform all your requests.

Special show: You are alone in the room with two performers who will perform all your requests.

A: In a semi-private room, you may be several customers together at once. In these kinds of rooms you may see Porn Stars, Live from inside a Porn Film Studio, and other kinds of shows.

***Your demands on our performers must remain respectful. You must remember that every person has their own limits and there are things they won’t do. You may consult their personal files to read what each performer prefers to do and what she dislikes doing. You may also ask her in the free chat what her preferences are before taking her in a private chat.

Q : Are there rules that must be followed?
A:  Yes, we have one fundamental rule for our live shows. It is important that at all times the performers are RESPECTED. Each one of them are here to have fun with you, if you want to continue having fun with them you must remain respectful. CONNECTION/IMAGE PROBLEMS

Q : If I’m having a hard time to see the image what do I do?
A: Have you tried clicking on the link under the video area (can ’t see the image?)? If the problem is not fixed, you may need to install a newer version of FLASH. Download the latest version of FLASH from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.

Q : Will I have a hard time if I’m accessing the site on a dial-up connection?
A:  When you are in a private chat with the performer the quality of the video is much quicker and therefore may slow down a dial-up connection to the point of it not functioning. We strongly recommend accessing the site with a high speed connection.

Q : How can I get a more seamless image?
A: When you ’re in a private chat with a performer the image is 5 times faster and is clearer than in the free chat. However you will always ultimately be limited by the speed of your internet connection.

Q : Which web browser should I use?
A: We suggest using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, all versions are supported by our site. We don ’t recommend using other browsers as some abnormalities may occur. If you own a MAC computer do not use it to access this site as it is not compatible.
